As a coach, I focus on what you want or want to achieve.

It may be simply to fine-tune something.  Or, you may be at some kind of crossroads and want help considering options.  I focus on your entire life and how it fits together.

I’ll help you take information and skills that you already have so you can:

  • make decisions about which changes you’d like to make
  • develop a personal action plan in order to make those changes
  • implement your action plan and make the behavioral changes
  • develop strategies to maintain the changes you have made.

I’ll support, encourage, teach, and help you stay “on track” toward your goals.

We’ll collaborate.  Collaboration propels you forward.

You don’t have to know what you want to be different in your life or relationships before mentoring or coaching can begin.  Discovering and developing goals is part of mentoring and coaching.

Sometimes it’s helpful to remain open to discover or rediscover what’s important to you before developing specific goals.  I will work with you to increase possibilities in your life.

Together we’ll clarify your core values and character strengths.

Often we don’t take the time to think about what we value most in life.  Exploring these values and strengths help as we develop a set of goals and actions.  As a result, you’ll feel in synch with yourself.

As your coach, I will:

  • help you clarify what you want
  • ask you to do more than you would on your own
  • help you to focus better so you get quicker results
  • give you the tools, support, and structure so you can accomplish more

Coaching works how?

Most mentoring and ocaching takes place weekly by phone for 30-45 minutes.  How long you come depends on various things, which you and I will talk about more fully during the first few sessions as we’re getting to know each other.

I’m available to you by email or phone any time–besides our weekly or bi-weekly contact. We can work together, in person, over the phone, or via Skype, whichever suits you better.
